Examining the effect of diversification, corporate governance and intellectual capital on sustainability performance

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of diversification, corporate governance intellectual capital on sustainability performance, either directly or indirectly, by involving financial performance as a mediating variable. uses secondary data Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia which are registered with Financial Services Authority from 2011 - 2018, sample size 10 banks that meet criteria using purposive sampling method so 80 observations obtained. Data is obtained annual reports, reports implementation good governance. The analysis technique used SEM-PLS help WarpPLS 7.0 software. results provide empirical evidence both quality quantity governance, have positive performance.
